Shipping & Returns

Standard Australian delivery is $10. Express delivery, signature delivery or post-box delivery is $15 per order.

Orders include tracking and usually arrive within three to six days after dispatch. Tracking details are emailed once your parcel is on its way.

Pisces ships worldwide. Standard international delivery is $40 AUD, or $30 AUD to New Zealand, with an estimated delivery time of five to fourteen working days.

Import duties, taxes and brokerage charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier.

If an item does not suit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible full-price items may be exchanged or returned for a credit note; refunds are not offered for a change of mind.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned with all labels and swing tags attached. Sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Email sales@pisces.net.au before sending a return so the team can provide return instructions.

Pre-order arrival dates are estimates and may change because of production or delivery delays. Full payment and shipping are collected when the order is placed.

If an item cannot be supplied, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Pre-orders are otherwise non-refundable.
